what we do

Change Agitators is an Organisational Change Management and Team Coaching Consultancy established to help organisations develop a collective mindset that unlocks the capability to align and respond together when faced with change. 

 

By blending skills and tools from Change Management and Leadership Coaching, Change Agitators have developed a targeted intervention that helps leaders, managers and employees across the organisation to take ownership of their own reactions to change, and those around them, so that they can collectively navigate the perceived uncertainty and complexity change often triggers.

At Change Agitators we believe that if we want an organisation that is poised for change across all levels of the company we must address a fundamental aspect of how change is organised and executed - as a distinct function separate to business as usual.

What does this mean for the success of change?

As a result of this simple break, almost all organisations need to spend time readying the business for the change. Getting the operational mindset to loosen temporarily to accept the new before trying to go back to steady and stable. Not only is this often costly but we absolve the operational team leads of their responsibility to help and support their people to adopt and adapt to change which exacerbates resistance and fatigue slowing benefit realisation. It’s a vicious cycle that quickly permeates all change that takes place. At Change Agitators, we ask “What if all managers had a change mindset?”. What if we no longer separated the thinking about what it takes to implement change. What if we awaken individuals to hold a space for their own reactions to change, learn how to move toward responding to change and harness that collective ability across the organisation to deliver change together.

Our pioneering agitators, Ket Patel and Sue Noble bring their respective expertise in Change Management and Leadership Coaching together to distribute and democratise the tools and techniques that underpin a “change mindset” and enable a different way for organisations to plan and deliver change.

 

Along with an increasing army of agitators, Sue and Ket have a shared vision for the execution of organisational change which not only reduces resistance and increases speed of delivery but also creates a more engaged and motivated workforce. With a deep commitment to support organisations brave and courageous enough to take a different approach to organisational change, agitators wont stop till we've reduced or removed the need for a “middle man” to cajole change into reality.
